
Het Atrium in brief

Lay-out
The floor area of the homes varies from 90 m2 to 102 m2. Standard delivery is as a fully integrated home. As well as an extensive kitchen range, fitted with hob and cooker hood, there is a second toilet and in a number of homes there is also a bath. Each apartment has underfloor heating. The underfloor heating and the hot tap water will be heated via deep geothermal heat.
Communal area
On the ground floor of Het Atrium there is a communal area where residents can take part in all sorts of activities, such as workshops, games afternoons or evenings, communal dinners, and so on. The communal area is completely integrated with furniture, a kitchen and toilet.
Neighbourhood
Het Atrium is built on the edge of the modernized Raden area. The Raden is in the Bouwlust/Vrederust area and is a part of the Escamp district. Bouwlust is a beautifully spacious area with a lot of multi-storey buildings, communal gardens between the blocks of houses and plenty of parking space. The RandstadRail (high speed tram) has a stop in front of the door. In no time you can be in the Madesteijn recreational area, on the ice rink in the Uithof or on the beach. The supermarket is within walking distance and the lovely Leyweg shopping centre is easy to reach by public transport.
Rental prices
The rental price in the private sector is EUR 701 (excluding EUR 61 service charge). Rental benefit is not possible for these homes.
