Lay-out
The big glass window behind which the homes lie, gives the apartment complex a light and modern feeling. The three roomed apartments, both the social rental and the private rental, have a living area of some 100 m². The apartments are on five floors and are accessible via a lift or the staircase. All apartments have a sunny south west facing balcony. Also each apartment has its own storage room on the ground floor and a parking space in the garage underneath the complex. The 17 single family dwellings are on the Stadzijde, Oosterzijde and Zuiderzijde. The five roomed houses have a 120 m² surface area. All single family dwellings have a garden with a shed for storage.
Neighbourhood
Het Venster is in the Bouwlust area in The Hague South West. This neighbourhood is well known for its many green areas with lots of room. The shopping centre on the Leyweg is close by and also there are a lot of schools and sports clubs in the neighbourhood. An ideal environment for all ages.

The rental prices for the social rental apartments start at EUR 588. The rental prices for the private sector rental apartments start at EUR 696. The rental prices for the single family dwellings start at EUR 811 per month. For the apartments and homes in the private sector, no rental benefit is possible.
