The Geothermal Heat The Hague Parnership takes part in several initiatives.
Geothermal Heat The Hague takes part in EnergieTransitie (Energy Transition). EnergieTransitie is a collaboration between government, the business community, educational institutions and social organisations. EnergieTransitie’s goal is to bring to fruition totally sustainable energy provision in the Netherlands by 2040. EnergieTransitie brings parties together and makes sure powers of thought are brought together. They streamline legal and regulatory processes and give financial support to projects that are likely to be successful, including Geothermal Heat The Hague.
Geothermal Heat The Hague participates in the Platform Geothermie (Geothermic Platform). The Platform was set up as an initiative by SenterNovem and functions as a sounding board for the government in the field of geothermal heat. The Platform supports Geothermal Heat The Hague and provides advice about policy and priorities. The Platform is connected to international associations and umbrella organisations such as EGEC (European Geothermal Energy Council) and IGA (International Geothermal Association).
